It is hard to see your children grow up, whether they are going off to college, or taking their first steps (see below). While these are exciting moments and times to celebrate it is also a step towards independence. Going off to college, your kids are now young adults, and really can fend for themselves. Taking their first steps is so exciting because it is such an accomplishment, but at the same time it is steps away from needing mommy and daddy to help with everything. These are all exciting times, but it is still okay to cry and miss the old times, just know there is so much more to come.
